Publishing on ScholarsView
ScholarsView provides approved creators with access to a publishing dashboard where they can create, manage and publish their articles.
We encourage creators to prepare content carefully before publishing. Every article should provide meaningful information, useful perspectives or practical knowledge to readers.
These guidelines explain the information required when creating an article and the standards expected before it is published.
Understanding the Article Creation Process
When creating an article through your ScholarsView dashboard, you will be asked to provide the following information.
01
Article Title
Choose a clear, specific and meaningful title that accurately represents the subject of your article. Avoid exaggerated, misleading or clickbait headlines.
02
Featured Image
Upload a relevant featured image that represents the subject of your article. Use images that you own, have permission to use or are otherwise legally permitted to publish.
03
Category
Select the category that most accurately represents your article. Choosing the appropriate category helps readers discover relevant content.
04
Tags
Add relevant tags that describe the important topics, concepts, organisations or subjects discussed in your article. Avoid unrelated or excessive tags.
05
Article Summary
Write a concise summary that communicates the main subject and value of your article. It should give readers a useful understanding of what they can expect to learn.
06
Main Article Content
Present your ideas in a clear and organised manner. Use appropriate headings, paragraphs, evidence and references to make your article informative and easy to understand.
How to Structure a Good Article
A well-organised article makes it easier for readers to follow your ideas and understand the subject.
Introduction
Introduce the subject, explain why it matters and give readers an idea of what the article will discuss.
Main Discussion
Develop your ideas through organised sections. Explain important concepts, provide supporting information and use examples where appropriate.
Evidence and References
Support important factual claims with credible sources, relevant data and appropriate references.
Conclusion
Summarise the central takeaway and leave readers with a clear understanding of the subject.
Writing Quality and Readability
We encourage creators to follow these writing practices when preparing their articles.
- ✓Begin with a clear introduction that establishes the subject and purpose of the article.
- ✓Organise information into logical sections with meaningful headings.
- ✓Use short, readable paragraphs and explain technical terms where necessary.
- ✓Support important factual claims with relevant evidence and reliable sources.
- ✓Clearly distinguish personal opinions, interpretations and established facts.
- ✓Use examples and practical explanations where they improve understanding.
- ✓Conclude with a meaningful takeaway rather than repeating the entire article.
Images, Media and Copyright
Featured images and other visual materials should be relevant to the subject of the article and contribute to the reader's understanding.
Creators must ensure that they own the rights to submitted images or have appropriate permission or another valid legal basis to use them.
Do not use copyrighted images, illustrations, photographs or other materials without appropriate authorisation. Where attribution is required, provide it clearly.
Research and References
Articles involving research, statistics, policy, financial information, science or other factual subjects should use appropriate supporting references.
Prefer original research, official publications, academic studies and other reliable sources wherever appropriate.
Verify important information before publishing. References must not be fabricated or used to support claims they do not substantiate.

Publishing and Post-Publication Responsibility
Once an approved creator publishes an article through the ScholarsView dashboard, the article becomes available on the platform.
Publishing does not mean that the article has undergone independent editorial fact-checking or received an endorsement from ScholarsView.
Creators remain responsible for their published work. If an error is identified after publication, creators should notify the ScholarsView team so that the matter can be reviewed.
ScholarsView may review published content and take appropriate action if it violates platform policies or applicable requirements.
