ScholarsView is an expert-driven publishing platform that allows readers to discover articles and allows approved creators to publish content and share their perspectives.

These Terms apply to visitors, readers, creators and other users of the ScholarsView platform.

You may use ScholarsView for lawful purposes, including reading articles, exploring creator profiles, applying to become a creator and interacting with features made available by the platform.

You must not use ScholarsView in a way that interferes with the operation, security or availability of the platform or that violates applicable law.

Creator accounts are available only to individuals whose applications have been reviewed and approved by ScholarsView.

Creators are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping their account credentials secure.

Creators must not share account credentials with others or allow another person to use their account in a way that could compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

ScholarsView may suspend, restrict or terminate a creator account where there is a violation of these Terms, applicable policies, or where necessary to protect the platform, creators or readers.

Creators are responsible for the content they submit or publish through ScholarsView.

Creators should ensure that their content is original, accurate to the best of their knowledge, appropriately presented and does not knowingly violate the rights of another person or organisation.

Creators must not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, plagiarised, deliberately misleading or otherwise prohibited by applicable law or ScholarsView policies.

Creators retain ownership of original content that they create and submit to ScholarsView, subject to the rights granted to ScholarsView under these Terms.

By submitting content for publication, a creator grants ScholarsView a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute and make the submitted content available through ScholarsView and its related promotional channels.

This licence is intended to allow ScholarsView to operate the publishing platform and promote published content. It does not transfer ownership of the creator's original work to ScholarsView.

By submitting content, you represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions and authority to submit and publish that content.

You should not submit confidential information, personal information belonging to another person without appropriate permission, or material that you do not have the right to publish.

ScholarsView may review content submitted to the platform and may refuse to publish, edit for presentation, restrict, remove or otherwise manage content where we believe it violates these Terms, applicable law or platform policies.

We may also take action where content creates a significant risk to the rights, safety, security or integrity of the platform or its users.

Articles published by creators may contain analysis, interpretation, commentary or opinions. The views expressed in an article belong to the respective creator unless explicitly stated otherwise.

ScholarsView does not necessarily endorse every opinion, interpretation or conclusion expressed by individual creators.

Readers should use their own judgement when relying on information published on the platform, particularly where professional, financial, legal, medical or other specialised advice may be involved.

ScholarsView provides a publishing and information platform. Content is provided for general informational purposes and should not automatically be treated as professional advice.

Where an article concerns financial, legal, medical, investment, tax or other specialised matters, readers should consider obtaining advice from an appropriately qualified professional before making decisions based on that content.

ScholarsView may update, modify or introduce features, services or functionality from time to time.

We may also update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to the platform, our policies or applicable requirements. The updated version will be published on this page together with an updated revision date.

Continued use of ScholarsView after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
