Our Editorial Mission
ScholarsView aims to provide a platform where professionals, subject-matter experts and knowledgeable creators can share insights, research, analysis and informed perspectives.
We believe publishing should contribute to a better-informed readership. Our objective is to make useful knowledge easier to discover while encouraging creators to communicate responsibly and transparently.
These standards establish a common foundation for the quality, integrity and responsibility expected from content published on our platform.
Our Editorial Principles
Every contribution should follow these core principles.
01
Accuracy and Reliability
Creators should make reasonable efforts to ensure that factual statements are accurate, current and supported by reliable information. Claims should not be presented as established facts when they are uncertain, disputed or based on limited evidence.
02
Originality and Attribution
Published content should represent the creator's own work and ideas. Information, quotations, research, images and other materials from external sources must be properly attributed. Plagiarism, misleading attribution and unauthorised copying are not acceptable.
03
Clarity and Usefulness
Articles should have a clear purpose, a logical structure and meaningful value for readers. Creators should explain complex subjects in an understandable way and avoid unnecessary repetition, misleading headlines and unsupported conclusions.
04
Fairness and Balance
Creators should represent relevant facts and viewpoints fairly, particularly when discussing sensitive, controversial or disputed subjects. Material context should not be deliberately omitted to mislead readers.
05
Editorial Independence
Articles should reflect the creator's genuine analysis and perspective. Commercial, personal or other interests should not be allowed to mislead readers about the purpose or independence of published content.
06
Respect and Responsibility
Content should respect individuals, communities and legitimate rights. Harassment, discriminatory abuse, threats, deliberate misinformation and defamatory material are not consistent with the standards of ScholarsView.
Content Requirements
Creators publishing on ScholarsView are expected to follow these practices when preparing and submitting articles.
- ✓Use credible and relevant sources when making factual claims.
- ✓Clearly distinguish facts, opinions, analysis and personal experiences.
- ✓Include relevant dates and context when discussing changing events or information.
- ✓Avoid fabricated statistics, quotations, research findings or references.
- ✓Disclose relevant financial, professional or personal conflicts of interest.
- ✓Respect copyright, intellectual property and the privacy of others.
- ✓Review articles before submission to correct factual, grammatical and formatting errors.
Sources, Evidence and Citations
Articles involving research, statistics, technical explanations, public policy, current affairs or other factual subjects should use appropriate supporting sources wherever necessary.
Creators should prefer reliable primary sources, official publications, academic research and other credible references. Sources should be relevant to the claims they support.
Direct quotations and material taken from other authors must be clearly attributed. Creators must not invent references, misrepresent research or use citations that do not support the statements being made.
Opinions, Analysis and Personal Perspectives
ScholarsView welcomes informed opinions, professional analysis and personal perspectives. Not every published article represents an official position of ScholarsView.
Creators are responsible for presenting their arguments honestly and distinguishing their interpretations from verifiable facts.
Readers should consider the author, supporting evidence and context when evaluating opinion-based content.
Content Review and Moderation
Creators must receive approval before publishing through ScholarsView. This approval process helps us manage access to the publishing platform and maintain a responsible contributor community.
Content may be reviewed for compliance with our platform requirements and editorial standards. ScholarsView may request changes, restrict publication or remove content that violates applicable policies or creates a legitimate concern.
Creator approval does not mean that every article has been independently fact-checked, verified or endorsed by ScholarsView. Responsibility for the content and its supporting information remains with the creator.
Creator Accountability
Creators are responsible for the originality, accuracy, legality and appropriate presentation of the material they submit.
If a creator becomes aware of a significant error in a published article, they should notify ScholarsView so that the matter can be reviewed.
Repeated or serious violations of these standards may result in content removal, suspension of publishing privileges or termination of a creator account, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Corrections and Reader Feedback
We take concerns about published content seriously. Readers who identify a possible factual error, misleading statement or other editorial concern can contact our team for review.
